This used to be an animal hospital game btw. Instead of giving a sandwich to Jax, you were giving coffee to a character from animal hospital called Barney. (I think that's his name but correct me if I'm wrong) If you look at the endings you'll see the word intern (the beginner class in animal hospital) and the word coffee (a drink that gives you sanity) in the game, a character called Barney asks for coffee and that's where the original game idea came from. (Sorry for writing and insanely long comment and generally nerding around, great game btw)
