Both were great commanders though Napoleon almost took over the entirety of Europe, George Washington not even an experienced general lead a bunch of normal citizens into battle against one of the most powerful empires: Great Britain. 80% of every city state that has ever been conquered was taken by Great Britain but in the end Napoleon is far more skilled and experienced and has completed greater feats than George Washington so I would pick Bonaparte
