Late comment but this is not your fault. Also i'ff your mom is going through your diary without your permission then that's invasion of private property, but i'ff things get worse and you get physically involved (injured or hurt) then child protective services might need to be involved, sorry i'ff this is a overreaction since I have limited context, (and wdym you and your mom fight-)
